Thumbs and meatballs
I was going to make cranberry cookies, but my husband bought salted butter by mistake, so he decided to make a salty snack with less sugar.Referring to the recipe of the cranberry legend, replace the cranberry with the meat pine, the taste is unexpectedly good!
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
225 grams of salted butter90 grams of fine sugarLow powder 320 grams100 grams of meatOne egg.
How TO MADE Thumbs and meatballs
Steps 1 to 4
1. The butter is softened at room temperature, added fine sugar, spread evenly but not spread (it is better to beat to a slightly lighter colored feather shape), soaked in an egg, the meat is squeezed loosely, added, stirred, then sifted into a low mixing powder.
2. The dough is mixed thoroughly, wrapped in a preservative film, placed in the refrigerator and refrigerated for more than an hour, fully stirred.
3. Remove the dough, squeeze it into small doses, rub it into a small ball and press it with your thumb.
4. Preheat the oven, I use the North American ACA oven, set it to 170°C for 20 minutes, and bake until the surface is slightly yellow.
Handy cooking tips
The shape is inspired by Margaret's practice of rubbing the dough into small balls with the thumb, which is simple and convenient.
