1. Pour the eggs and sugar into the egg bucket, first beat quickly, when the egg dough does not dissipate immediately, then beat slowly for two minutes, so that the egg dough is finer.
2. The sifted flour is added to the dough several times, stirred evenly, and if a lot of bubbles emerge, it indicates that the dough has evaporated.
3. I used a hot dog mold and a hamburger mold, and the mold wasn't too sticky, so it was convenient, and I just used five hot dogs and five hamburgers, and an oven full of them.
4. The dough is placed in a mold, topped with cooked white sesame seeds, placed in a preheated oven, heated at 155 degrees, lowered at 125 degrees, for 25 minutes, covered with tin paper after the middle is colored.

5. My oven is too hot, please adjust according to the temperature of your oven.
6. Isn't the crispy skin tempting? I personally prefer the hot dog-shaped cake.
Handy cooking tips
Do not bake at too high a temperature, the inside of the cracked cake will have large air holes, adjust the temperature according to the temper of your oven, try not to crack the top of the cake, this will also be more beautiful.
